Hi! I’m Andrés J. Córdoba, although many people know me as Sito Copu.
I’m a software engineer who’s passionate about technology, nature, and, above all, learning.
My journey into computing began at an early age, with the first computer I got as a gift when I was just 8 years old. Back then, video games sparked my curiosity, and over time, I began to wonder how everything worked behind the scenes. That’s where my interest in hacking began, and later on, in building software capable of solving real-world problems.
I love learning about all kinds of things, and I’m always browsing the internet, discovering something new. Although I have degrees and certifications, I’ve acquired much of my knowledge through self-learning: by researching, experimenting, making mistakes, and applying what I’ve learned to real-world projects.
That same curiosity is also reflected in the way I work. I enjoy everything from developing software to understanding the architecture that is underneath, exploring new technologies, or setting up my own projects to learn something new.
But life isn't all about screens. When I'm taking a break from technology, I love getting lost in nature, climbing mountains, or discovering places that seem to belong to another world. Hiking trails and landscapes that invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment are my favorite way to gain a fresh perspective.
Ultimately, the same things drive me both in and out of technology: curiosity, the desire to discover, and the joy of learning something I didn’t know yesterday.
